A fair game, clearly explained
Privacy Policy
This policy explains information handling for SpotQuest guest play, optional wallet profiles, in-game achievement badges, the website and support. Game progress remains local to the device; online features send only the information needed by the providers described below.
Effective September 17, 2026. SpotQuest supports guest play and optional wallet profiles. Wallet connection identifies a separate local profile; it does not authorize a payment or blockchain transaction. Reading or closing these documents does not accept the terms.
1. Who to contact
SpotQuest is published under the name KHH in Lebanon. Contact anthony.khh5@gmail.com about privacy, access or deletion requests.
This policy concerns SpotQuest. Your wallet, device provider, app store and independent external services have their own privacy notices. Their notices do not replace our responsibility to explain the app's use of those services.
2. Local profiles and game information
The app stores profile information, completed levels, stars, achievements, coins, hints, energy, inventory, streak and event timing, and preferences on your device. Guest and wallet profiles are separate. A wallet profile includes the public wallet address used to associate its progress with that wallet.
Badge records include the boss or achievement identifier and whether it was earned. They are stored with local game progress and used to display Achievement Vault status.
Wallet connection does not provide cloud backup of your game save. Do not assume that reinstalling the app or reconnecting the wallet restores levels, badges or inventories. This policy does not claim that local information is immune to loss or unauthorized access on a compromised device.
3. Wallet interaction and signing
When you choose to connect, the app requests authorization through a supported wallet. It receives public account information and a signed-message result needed to identify the separate local profile and verify sign-in. This release does not ask the wallet to approve a payment or blockchain transaction.
Public addresses and sign-in signatures are not a wallet recovery phrase or private key. SpotQuest does not ask you to disclose a recovery phrase or private key, and signing is performed by the wallet. Never send secrets to support or include them in screenshots or logs.
Public wallet addresses can link activity to other public blockchain records and may identify a person when combined with other information. They should not be treated as anonymous simply because they do not contain a real name.
4. Network requests and service providers
Wallet sign-in communicates with the supported wallet application and may use the published SpotQuest identity website so the wallet can identify the requesting app. The wallet or hosting provider can receive an IP address and ordinary technical request information.
The public website is hosted through spotquestsolana.netlify.app on Netlify. Support uses Gmail. These providers can receive IP addresses and ordinary request information when contacted. SpotQuest does not submit a blockchain transaction or project-fee payment in this release.
Supported wallet applications process connection, signing and approval information under their own privacy terms. Solana Mobile processes app-store and device-related information under its own policies. Netlify, Google, wallet applications and Solana Mobile independently determine parts of their security, location and retention practices. SpotQuest sends only the information needed for the feature you request.
5. Website visits and support messages
The static website can be visited without connecting a wallet. Its hosting provider may process technical logs such as IP address, request path, browser information and request time to deliver and secure the site. Any analytics, advertising tools or nonessential cookies added later require an accurate notice and consent where legally required.
If you email support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. The published support address is a Gmail address, so Google email services also process the correspondence. Avoid sharing unnecessary personal information and redact sensitive material from screenshots.
Support information is used to answer the request, investigate problems, address fraud or security concerns, maintain necessary service records and meet applicable obligations. A support message is not permission for unrelated advertising.
6. Why information is used
Local gameplay information operates the game and preserves your progress. Public wallet information identifies the separate wallet profile and verifies sign-in. Badge information displays achievements earned in that local profile.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, SpotQuest processes information to provide features you request, comply with legal obligations, protect the app and its users, respond to support or security concerns, and obtain consent where applicable law requires it. Accepting the Terms does not authorize unrelated advertising or unrestricted use of personal information.
We do not offer your personal information for sale. Disclosure may be needed to provide the requested features, deliver support, comply with a lawful request or address a security incident. Disclosures must be limited to what is appropriate for that purpose.
7. Retention and deleting information
SpotQuest does not create a remote account. Local saves and badge records normally remain while app data remains on your device. You can delete local guest and wallet profiles by clearing SpotQuest storage in Android settings or by uninstalling the app. This permanently erases local progress and inventory. Device or operating-system backups may be governed by separate device settings.
Disconnecting a wallet is not the same as deleting a local profile. To request deletion of information you sent to support, email anthony.khh5@gmail.com. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm your request, but never a recovery phrase or private key.
Support messages are normally deleted within 12 months after the request is resolved. They may be retained longer where reasonably needed for an active dispute, security investigation, abuse prevention or legal obligation. Provider backups may take additional time to expire under provider retention practices.
8. Privacy choices and requests
Guest mode lets you avoid connecting a wallet. You can decline a wallet request, stop using online features, clear local app storage or contact us about information you supplied.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. Contact anthony.khh5@gmail.com to make a request. Withdrawal of consent, where consent is the relevant basis, does not automatically undo prior lawful processing.
You may complain to a data-protection, consumer-protection or other authority that has jurisdiction over you or the publisher. We do not require you to waive statutory rights or use support as a substitute for an available legal remedy.
9. Children and parental permission
SpotQuest does not ask for a user birth date, identity documents or age-verification records. Gameplay is available to users of all ages. A user who is below the age at which they may independently use wallet features where they live may use those features only with any permission required from a parent or legal guardian.
If you believe a child has supplied personal information without required permission, contact anthony.khh5@gmail.com. We will address information within our control as required by law. Do not include the child wallet secrets or unnecessary identifying documents in a request.
10. Security and international processing
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information and feature, but no app, email service, wallet or network can promise complete security. Protect your device and use official app and wallet distributions. Report suspicious requests without sharing secrets.
The publisher is based in Lebanon, while Netlify, Google, wallet applications, Solana Mobile and other providers may process information in other countries. Those providers apply their own transfer and security safeguards. SpotQuest limits its disclosures to information needed for the requested feature and remains responsible for obligations that applicable law places on the publisher.
11. Policy changes and contact
We will update the notice when information handling changes and identify the version and date. Material new uses require appropriate notice and, where required, consent before they begin. A policy edit is not a retroactive permission to use information for unrelated purposes.
The in-game copy is available offline and may reflect the installed app's version. The website should publish the matching release version. Contact KHH in Lebanon at anthony.khh5@gmail.com if the copies differ or you need clarification.
