1. Publisher and contact

SpotQuest is published under the name KHH, based in Lebanon. In these terms, SpotQuest, we, us and our refer to the publisher. Contact us at anthony.khh5@gmail.com for support, legal questions, privacy requests or transaction concerns.

2. Scope and acceptance

General game rules apply to guest play as well as wallet play. Wallet-profile provisions apply only when that optional feature is used. Read the terms before choosing whether to connect a wallet. If you disagree, do not accept them or connect a wallet; you may contact support for clarification.

The welcome-screen checkbox is required before wallet connection. Guest play does not require connecting a wallet. Opening the documents, pressing Play as a guest or merely visiting the website does not by itself tick that checkbox. The checkbox is not a payment instruction, token-spending approval, power of attorney or blanket consent to data processing.

3. Eligibility and authorized use

SpotQuest gameplay is available to users of all ages. If you are below the age at which you may independently use wallet or blockchain features where you live, you may use those features only with any permission required from a parent or legal guardian. You must be legally permitted to approve a blockchain transaction. A parent's permission does not override a legal restriction.

Only connect a wallet that you own or are lawfully authorized to use. Do not impersonate another person, use a stolen wallet or bypass a restriction imposed for security or legal reasons. Wallet providers and app stores may impose their own eligibility requirements.

4. Permission to use the game

Subject to these terms, you have a personal, limited, non-exclusive right to install an authorized copy of SpotQuest and use it for non-commercial entertainment. This permission does not sell or transfer ownership of the game's code, artwork, sound, branding or other content.

Do not distribute unauthorized copies, sell game assets as your own, remove ownership notices or access systems without permission. Nothing here prohibits an activity that applicable law expressly permits, including legally protected interoperability or security research. Report security issues responsibly without accessing other people's information or funds.

5. Guest profiles, wallet profiles and local saves

Guest and wallet profiles keep separate progress. A wallet profile is associated with its public wallet address; it is not the same profile as guest mode. Guest progress does not automatically merge into a wallet profile, and connecting a different wallet does not transfer the earlier profile.

Progress and inventories are stored on the device. Wallet connection is not a cloud-save or recovery service. Uninstalling SpotQuest, clearing app storage, changing devices, losing the phone or a storage failure may erase progress, achievements and unspent game items. We cannot promise to reconstruct a lost local save from a wallet address.

Achievement badges are part of the local wallet-profile save. Deleting or clearing the game may erase them. Reconnecting the same wallet after local data loss does not reconstruct previous levels, badges or inventory.

6. Coins, energy, hints and rewards

In-game coins, energy, hints, streak rewards, shields, energy refills and time-limited passes are gameplay features. In-game coins are not SOL, SKR or another cryptocurrency. These game items have no cash redemption right, are not deposits or investments, and are not transferable outside the game.

The current game shop exchanges in-game coins for the listed game items. Check the displayed price, quantity and effect before using coins or an inventory item.

Daily streaks, surprise rewards and Happy Hunt depend on the conditions shown in the game. Random rewards do not promise a particular prize or a financial return. Activated time-limited passes and event windows may expire while the app is closed; saving an unused pass is different from activating it.

We may reasonably rebalance future gameplay and rewards to fix defects, prevent abuse or improve fairness. Material changes should be explained before they take effect. This is not permission to confiscate paid entitlements arbitrarily or override statutory remedies.

7. Wallet connection and security

SpotQuest is noncustodial: it does not hold your wallet private keys or recovery phrase. Connection uses a supported wallet application and a sign-in message, not a payment. The wallet remains responsible for presenting authorization requests and protecting its signing keys.

SpotQuest and its support contact will never ask you to send a recovery phrase or private key, import a secret into a support website, or make a verification payment to restore access. Do not share those secrets in screenshots, messages, logs or email.

Check the requesting app, wallet address and purpose of every signature. Cancel any request you do not understand or that differs from the action you chose. Connecting or accepting terms does not give SpotQuest permission to transfer assets or funds. Wallet connection is a sign-in request, not a payment authorization.

Use authorized app builds and protect your device and wallet. Disconnecting ends the local SpotQuest wallet session; it does not control permissions retained by an independent wallet provider. Neither these precautions nor the terms guarantee that software, a wallet or a device can never be compromised.

8. Achievement badges

Players can attempt boss levels in guest mode, but achievement badges are exclusive to wallet profiles. A guest completion does not earn a wallet-profile badge; the corresponding boss must be cleared in that wallet profile.

An earned badge is an in-game achievement stored with local profile progress. It is not a blockchain token, financial asset, investment, promise of future rewards or guarantee of market value.

Eligibility must be earned through legitimate play. Falsifying local progress or exploiting a bug is prohibited; this rule does not imply the game has an independent server verifying every completion.

9. Third-party services and blockchain risks

Wallet providers, website hosting providers and the app store have their own operations and terms. Compatibility, sign-in availability, hosted content and third-party services can change. A wallet connection does not make SpotQuest the custodian of that wallet.

Compromised devices, deceptive wallet requests and service failures can cause loss or prevent access. We take reasonable precautions, but no claim of 100 percent security is made. These risks do not excuse responsibilities that law places on the publisher.

SpotQuest is an independent project. References to Solana, the Solana Foundation, Solana Mobile, Seeker, Seed Vault or SKR describe themes or technology and do not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

10. Privacy and public records

The separate Privacy Policy explains local saves, public wallet addresses, website hosting and support communications. Read it before choosing wallet features. Acceptance of these terms is not consent to unrelated advertising or unrestricted use of personal data.

A public wallet address can be copied or linked by others to public activity outside SpotQuest. SpotQuest does not create a blockchain transaction in this release. Deleting a local profile or disconnecting a wallet removes neither information independently held by the wallet provider nor public activity created outside the game.

11. Fair play and responsible reporting

Do not manipulate balances or achievement records, use malicious tools, interfere with another player device or wallet, impersonate support, or use SpotQuest for unlawful activity. Do not use a reported vulnerability to take information or funds.

Report bugs or suspected security problems privately to anthony.khh5@gmail.com. Share only the technical information reasonably needed to reproduce the problem. Do not include private keys, recovery phrases, authentication secrets or another person private information.

12. Updates, availability and ending use

We may provide updates to fix defects, maintain compatibility, address security issues or change gameplay fairly. We cannot promise uninterrupted operation, permanent support for every device, or indefinite availability of third-party services. We will provide reasonable notice of significant service reductions where practicable.

Access to an affected feature may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address serious abuse, a security threat or a legal requirement. When appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support. These terms do not claim technical control over assets held in your wallet.

You may stop using SpotQuest, disconnect your wallet or remove the app. Uninstalling or clearing storage can erase local progress. Ending use does not remove accrued legal rights or an outstanding remedy.

13. Responsibility and consumer rights

We will use reasonable care in providing SpotQuest. You remain responsible for lawful use, protecting your wallet secrets and reviewing requests, but this does not automatically make you responsible for defects or failures caused by us.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence, or any other matter that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. Mandatory rights relating to digital content, services, privacy and remedies remain available.

We do not promise financial returns, flawless software, or recovery of data or wallet access beyond our control. Whether compensation or another remedy is owed depends on the facts and applicable law. There is no blanket release of liability for wallet losses and no statement that using the app waives all claims.

14. Applicable law and complaints

Lebanese law governs this agreement, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that apply to you. This choice does not remove consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived in your country of residence.

For a complaint, contact anthony.khh5@gmail.com and describe the issue. Trying to resolve a concern with us does not prevent contacting a regulator or a competent court, and does not shorten a legal deadline. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, an exclusive foreign-court requirement, or a waiver of collective remedies available under applicable law.

A Lebanon-based publisher may also have obligations in countries where SpotQuest is offered. Nothing in these terms removes protections that apply regardless of the chosen governing law.

15. Document changes and contact

Each version has a visible version identifier and date. We intend to publish matching text in the app and on the website. An installed app may retain an older offline copy until it is updated; a later website edit does not silently replace the terms accepted in an installed release.

Material changes should be brought to your attention before they apply, with renewed agreement where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove an accrued right. If a provision is unenforceable, it should not be used to remove mandatory rights; the remaining provisions apply only to the extent lawful.
